Returns
We accept returns only if the product you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting us at [email protected] with your order details and proof of issue.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and the item is received back, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued only through our Cash on Delivery process. Since we do not accept online payments, refunds will be arranged through replacement or cash reimbursement at the time of return confirmation.
Please allow up to 14 business days for us to complete the refund process after the returned product is received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products such as personal-use items or products marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.
Exchanges
